Operator: Orvion Digital  ·  Contact: contact@orviondigital.co

This Privacy Policy explains how Orvion Digital ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you download, access, or play Pixel Riders (the "Game").

By using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Game.

1. Purpose, Scope, and Operator

This Policy explains our online and offline information practices, the categories of information we may process, how we use, store, protect, and disclose that information, and the choices available to you. It supplements any terms presented with Pixel Riders.

It applies to Pixel Riders on supported mobile platforms, related support communications, Game-related pages operated by Orvion Digital, and any associated online features (collectively, the "Services"). Orvion Digital is responsible for information it processes directly. Third-party platforms and providers process some information under their own privacy policies, as described below.

This Policy is intended to address applicable privacy requirements in Türkiye, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, North America, and other regions where the Services are available. Third-party websites and services are responsible for their own practices.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information from App Stores and Connected Third-Party Platforms

When you install or use the Game through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another supported platform, we or our providers may receive platform and device information such as a store or player identifier, Game Center or Google Play Games identifier, language, locale, country or region, purchase status, and information needed to provide platform features. If the Game offers an optional third-party sign-in or social connection and you choose to use it, we may receive the profile and account information that the platform makes available based on your settings. You can manage this access through the relevant platform.

2.2 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account or player information: If an account or player profile feature is offered and you use it, information such as a player name, profile details, and account identifier.
  • Support communications: Your email address and the information you include when you contact us for help, feedback, or a privacy request.
  • Purchase support: Transaction or receipt identifiers you choose to share when requesting assistance. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
  • Optional participation: Information you voluntarily provide through a survey, review, feedback request, promotion, or contest if we offer one.
  • Public or social content: A player name, score, achievement, message, or other content you choose to submit to a leaderboard, community, or social feature if such a feature is available. Content submitted to a public area may be visible to others.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information: Device type, operating system, language, country or region, app version, hardware characteristics, available memory or storage, mobile carrier, and device settings.
  • Gameplay and usage information: Game sessions, progress, feature interactions, level events, advertising interactions, and general engagement data.
  • Diagnostics: Crash reports, performance information, error logs, and technical events used to maintain stability and security.
  • Network information: Internet Protocol address and approximate location inferred from it. We do not request precise GPS location for ordinary gameplay.
  • Advertising information: Advertising identifiers, consent choices, ad impressions, clicks, and related fraud-prevention signals where advertising is available.
  • Online activity: Date and time of access, session duration, screens or pages viewed, links selected, referring information, and cookie or similar technology identifiers on related web pages where applicable.

2.4 Information Submitted Through the Services

We may use feedback, ideas, and other communications you voluntarily submit to improve, maintain, and develop the Services. We will not publish your identity with a submission unless you give permission, receive prior notice that the submission will be public, or disclosure is required by law.

2.5 Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

  • Full payment card or bank account information.
  • Contacts, private messages, photographs, microphone recordings, or precise GPS location.
  • Biometric identifiers or sensitive health information.
3. How We Use Information
  • Provide, operate, and maintain Pixel Riders.
  • Save or restore game progress where supported.
  • Measure gameplay performance and improve balance, stability, and user experience.
  • Display, measure, and limit advertising.
  • Process purchases and restore entitlements through the relevant app store.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems.
  • Respond to support messages and privacy requests.
  • Send service-related messages, security notices, game updates, and push notifications where enabled. You can disable push notifications in your device settings.
  • Provide marketing or promotional communications only where permitted by law and subject to available consent and unsubscribe choices.
  • Create aggregated or de-identified statistics for analytics, research, reporting, and product improvement. We do not use de-identified information to identify you again.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our rights.
4. Cookies, Similar Technologies, Advertising, and Choices

Pixel Riders may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob and its advertising or mediation partners. These providers may use device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location, and ad interaction data to deliver, measure, secure, and limit ads.

We and our providers may use mobile software development kits, cookies, local storage, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information automatically. These technologies may be operationally necessary, measure performance, remember settings, support functionality, detect irregular activity, prevent fraud, or deliver and measure advertising. Related web pages may use browser cookies; you can block or delete them through your browser, although doing so may affect available functionality.

A related web page may also include a social-media button or embedded feature. The provider of that feature may receive your Internet Protocol address, the page you visit, and cookie or interaction information when you activate or use it. Your interaction is governed by that provider's policy.

Where required, we or our advertising partners request consent before using information for personalized advertising. On iOS, access to the advertising identifier for tracking is subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. You can also manage advertising choices in the Game, in your device privacy settings, or by resetting or limiting your device's advertising identifier.

Your opt-out choices

  • Change consent selections through any privacy control presented in the Game.
  • Decline Apple App Tracking Transparency permission or limit ad tracking in device settings.
  • Reset your mobile advertising identifier through your device settings.
  • Disable push notifications through your device settings.
  • Use the unsubscribe link in any optional marketing email you receive from us.
  • Block or delete browser cookies on related web pages.
  • Contact us to withdraw consent or object to processing where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect processing completed before the withdrawal.

We publish an app-ads.txt file on the Orvion Digital website to identify authorized digital advertising sellers. That file does not itself collect personal information.

5. Purchases and App Stores

In-app purchases, if offered, are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The relevant store processes your payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. We may receive a transaction identifier, product identifier, purchase status, and entitlement information needed to provide or restore your purchase.

Orvion Digital does not receive your complete payment card information from an app store.

6. Third-Party Websites, SDKs, and Data Sharing

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the Game, provide requested features, protect users and the Game, or comply with law. Categories of recipients may include:

  • Other players and public areas: If Pixel Riders offers a leaderboard, player profile, chat, or community feature, other users may see information you choose to make public, such as your player name, scores, achievements, messages, or profile details. Do not post information that you do not want others to view or use.
  • Advertising providers: Google AdMob and advertising or mediation partners that deliver, measure, and protect ads.
  • Firebase (Google LLC): Analytics, crash reporting, configuration, and other game infrastructure features that help us understand gameplay, diagnose errors, maintain stability, and operate supported functionality. Depending on the enabled Firebase service, Firebase may process device and app information, identifiers, gameplay events, diagnostics, Internet Protocol address, and approximate location.
  • Unity Analytics (Unity Technologies): Gameplay and product analytics used to understand sessions, progression, feature use, performance, and game balance. Unity may process device and app information, session identifiers, gameplay events, diagnostics, Internet Protocol address, and country or region.
  • Adjust: Mobile measurement and attribution used to understand how the Game is discovered, measure advertising campaigns, prevent fraud, and analyze app events. Adjust may process device and advertising identifiers, Internet Protocol address, app and device information, campaign data, and in-game events.
  • Platform providers: Apple and Google for app distribution, purchases, platform features, and store-level diagnostics.
  • Technical providers: Hosting, analytics, crash-reporting, security, and support providers used to operate and improve the Game.
  • Legal and safety recipients: Authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers: A buyer, successor, or adviser in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

The Services may link to websites, app stores, social platforms, or other services that we do not control. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for their privacy practices. Review the policy of each third-party service before providing information to it.

Where a provider processes personal information on our behalf, we use appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards designed to limit processing to the services requested from that provider or as otherwise required by law.

Relevant provider policies

7. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on:

  • Performance of a contract: To provide the Game and requested features.
  • Legitimate interests: To secure, maintain, analyze, and improve the Game, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Consent: For personalized advertising or device permissions where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time through available settings.
  • Legal obligation: To meet legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or safety duties.
8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Game, maintaining security, resolving disputes, and satisfying legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and why it is processed.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable. Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Measures may include access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, monitoring, secure service-provider configurations, and incident-response procedures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we identify a security incident affecting personal information, we will investigate and provide notice to affected individuals or authorities when required by applicable law.

10. International Data Transfers

Orvion Digital and its service providers may store or process information in Türkiye, the United States, the European Union, and other countries, including through cloud infrastructure. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, contractual protections, or standard contractual clauses, and require appropriate protection for personal information.

11. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to or a copy of personal information associated with you.
  • Request correction or deletion of personal information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Request data portability where applicable.
  • Appeal a decision or complain to your local data protection authority.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws may define personalized advertising as a "sale" or "sharing." You can manage applicable choices through the Game's consent controls, device privacy settings, or by contacting us.

To submit a request, email contact@orviondigital.co. We may need to verify your request before responding. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

We may be unable to fulfill a request in full when an exception applies, including where disclosure would adversely affect another person's rights, reveal legally privileged or protected information, compromise security, or conflict with a legal retention duty. When required, we will explain a denial or limitation and provide available appeal information.

California privacy rights

California residents may have rights to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, request deletion or correction, opt out of covered sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination. California residents may also request information about certain disclosures made for third parties' direct-marketing purposes. Orvion Digital does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.

12. Children's Privacy

Pixel Riders is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

In jurisdictions where a higher age threshold applies, including certain cases involving users under 16 in the European Economic Area, we apply the relevant age and parental-consent rules. Advertising and consent requirements may also vary based on age and location. We apply age-appropriate protections where required by law or platform rules.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to Pixel Riders, our practices, or applicable requirements. We will post the updated Policy at this location and revise the "Last Updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice in the Game or request consent.

Before using personal information for a materially different purpose that is incompatible with the purpose originally disclosed, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required by law.
