This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Orvion Digital ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information in connection with the Genso mobile application ("Application"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Policy.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please discontinue use of the Application immediately.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Orvion Digital collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information in connection with the Genso mobile application. By creating an account or otherwise using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Policy.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please discontinue use of the Application immediately.
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, chosen username, display name, profile photograph, and optional biography.
- Authentication Credentials: We receive authentication tokens from third-party identity providers (Apple, Google) when you choose to sign in through those services. We do not receive or store your passwords for those providers.
- User-Generated Content: Text prompts, videos you publish, comments you post, and any reference images you voluntarily upload for the purpose of AI-assisted video generation.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and Technical Information: Device model, operating system version, app version, build number, and locale/language settings.
- Authentication Events: Sign-in timestamps, sign-in provider used, number of sign-in attempts, and whether profile setup was completed. This data is recorded in a per-user audit log solely for security monitoring and abuse prevention.
- Usage Information: Interactions with Application features, including content creation, likes, follows, and comments.
2.3 Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect payment card numbers or financial information. All in-app purchase transactions are processed by Apple App Store and managed by RevenueCat (see Section 5).
- We do not collect precise geolocation data.
- We do not conduct persistent behavioral advertising or build advertising profiles from user data.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Genso offers an AI-powered video generation feature. This feature is provided through integration with FAL.ai (fal.ai), an independent third-party artificial intelligence service.
4.1 What Data Is Transmitted to FAL.ai
When you initiate a video generation request, the following data is transmitted to FAL.ai's servers for the sole purpose of fulfilling that request:
- Your text prompt — the descriptive text you enter to instruct the AI model.
- Reference image (when applicable) — any photograph or image you voluntarily upload to guide video generation. Such images may contain faces, likeness, or other personal content.
This transmission occurs through Genso's backend infrastructure (Google Cloud Functions) and does not include your name, email address, account credentials, or any other personally identifying account information.
4.2 Consent
Before any data is transmitted to FAL.ai for the first time, you will be presented with a clear in-app disclosure identifying:
- The specific data that will be sent (text prompt and/or reference image),
- The identity of the recipient (FAL.ai),
- A link to FAL.ai's Privacy Policy.
You must affirmatively consent before transmission proceeds. You may decline, in which case the AI generation feature will not be available but all other Application features will remain fully functional.
4.3 Retention and Face Data
- Genso does not retain your text prompt or uploaded reference image on its own servers following the forwarding of the generation request.
- Genso does not collect, store, analyze, or use any face data or biometric data for identification, profiling, or any purpose other than forwarding it to FAL.ai as part of your generation request.
- Face data is not retained by Genso.
- FAL.ai's handling of submitted data, including any images containing faces, is governed exclusively by FAL.ai's own Privacy Policy, available at https://fal.ai/privacy. We encourage you to review that policy before using image-based generation features.
We share data with the following third-party service providers strictly to the extent necessary to operate the Application:
Firebase (Google LLC)
Purpose: User authentication, real-time database, cloud storage of published videos and profile photographs, serverless cloud function execution.
Data shared: Account identifiers, user content, authentication events.

RevenueCat, Inc.
Purpose: Management of in-app purchase entitlements and subscription state. RevenueCat receives your Apple App Store or Google Play anonymous purchase receipt and assigns it to an anonymized user identifier.
Data shared: Anonymous purchase identifiers; no payment card data.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.
Genso is a social media platform on which users create and share AI-generated video content. In using the Application, you agree to our Terms of Service, which expressly prohibit the posting of objectionable, abusive, harmful, illegal, or otherwise policy-violating content.
6.1 Content Moderation
We provide users with the following in-app tools to report and manage harmful content and behavior:
- Report Content: Any user may flag a post as objectionable using the in-app report function. Reported content is submitted to our moderation queue for review.
- Block Users:Any user may block another user, which prevents that user's content from appearing in their feed and prevents further interaction.
We review reported content and reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
6.2 Zero-Tolerance Policy
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on the Genso platform. Accounts found to be in systematic violation of our community standards may be permanently suspended.

Following account deletion, residual copies may remain in encrypted backup systems for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS), Firebase Security Rules controlling database access, and scoped access controls on cloud infrastructure.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Withdraw consent for AI data processing (by choosing not to use the generation feature).
- Port your data where technically feasible.

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice or, where appropriate, by email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Application after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
